eh scho wuascht is a sausage stand (Würstelstand) in Simmering, Wien (Simmeringer Hauptstraße 234, Tor 2, 1110 Wien, Austria).
Eh scho wuascht brought new life to the long-empty kiosk by the second gate of Vienna Central Cemetery in 2022. Regional sausages, organic bread, pickles and drinks make up a deliberately concise menu, with a vegan seitan sausage included. Owner Patricia Pölzl has created a friendly Viennese snack stop whose artist-designed logo is as memorable as its unusual setting.
