Würstelstände
Kaiserzeit – Wiener Würstelstand is a sausage stand (Würstelstand) in Leopoldstadt, Wien (Augartenbrücke / Ecke Obere Donaustraße, 1020 Wien, Austria).
Kaiserzeit occupies a remarkable old kiosk by Augartenbrücke, first used in 1909 as a tobacconist and newspaper stand. Today it serves classic sausages, Leberkäse, lángos and fish rolls made with products from regional suppliers. Between Augarten and the Danube Canal, the compact stand makes a charming stop with far more history than its size suggests.
